The weekly weather forecast for the Greater Horn of Africa has predicted dry conditions for the week starting January 31 and ending February 07 for Uganda.
However, occasional rains are expected to interrupt the dry season in southwestern Uganda.
The weather forecast released by ICPAC stated, “light rainfall (less than 50mm) expected over southern Uganda.”
ICPAC (IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre) added, “dry conditions are expected over most parts of northern Uganda.
