President Yoweri Museveni who is on a tour of farmers in Madi Okollo district and Arua city said that he will support the farmers differently.
President Museveni pledges to support Swaib Aliomoi with one tractor and one pick-up truck to aid his fruit and cassava business and he also thanked Swaib for listening to his advice of a four-acre model.
While in Moses Obeta’s cattle farm in Ayu village in Rigbo sub-county Madi Okollo district the President Yoweri Museveni promised to support him with construction of cattle dip, and fencing of the 400 hectares of the grazing land for the 400 herds of cattle and 300 goats and sheep and also construct valley dam for the animals.
Joanne Okia Aniku the Woman MP for MadiOkollo district had asked that fruit farmer like Swaib Aliomoi be aided with a tractor and pick up such that he can supply others people,
President also visited four-acre model farmer Richard Bayo to support them with solar powered water and a tractor to boost his farming, Richard deals in Agroforestry, nursery beds, mangoes fruits, Banana plantation of 1.5 acres, poultry 120, turkey and he has 70 pigs.
Richard thanked the president Yoweri Museveni for visiting his farm which is a blessing to him.
