Ronald Desire Binoga, a brand chef with Blended Dubai Restaurants says in professional cookery, chicken supreme is used to describe a chicken breast, with skin on and complete with the wing bone.
He says it can be a lunch or dinner option and shows you how to prepare the healthy version;
You need;
Chicken breast with bone 150 grms (skin off)
Salt 2grm
Apple cider vinegar 5grms
Honey 2grms
All spices 1grms
Oil 5grms
Fresh garlic 1 clove
Black pepper 1grm
Butter unsalted 10grms
Procedure
1. Marinade the chicken breast and allow resting for at least 2 hours
2. Grill on pan on medium heat
3. Add 2 spoons of unsalted butter or use a spoon to apply the melted butter to the chicken until cooked
4. Rest it on the plate
5. Use mashed potatoes to serve
6. You can also serve with gravy made from vegetables, salt and pepper
