Noodles are increasingly becoming a staple in many homes. They are convenient, quick and easy food option.
You don’t have to worry about cooking. Just pour boiling water over the noodles and you are good to go. Busy individuals and school-going children like them for being a quick snack.
But did you know that you can prepare the noodles differently?
Ronald Desire Binoga, a brand chef with Blended Dubai Restaurants shows you how to prepare chicken stir-fried noodles.
You need
Chicken boneless breast (shredded), noodles 1 pack, capsicum mixed, coriander vegetable stock 150ml, mixed spices 1grm, soy sauce 10ml, garlic 5grms fine chopped, onion fine sliced 40grms, black pepper 1grm and lemon or lime 1slice. You also need Oil 50ml and salt 10grms.
How to prepare the noodles
Put the noodles in boiling water until cooked and strain
Heat pan and add oil, onion and garlic
Lightly add the capsicum and vegetable stock
Add seasonings, shredded chicken and the noodles
Serve in a deep plate
You can also add a lemon or lime slice
