You do not have to sweep the poultry houses every day. You can sweep them once every month. To avoid sweeping them even more regularly, put some beddings on the floor of the chicken house. These will absorb the droppings.
Such beddings include wood shavings, saw dust, rice husks, coffee husks or even dry grass. For broilers, the bedding materials are removed after the stock is sold off while for layers it should be removed after 8 months. These beddings can then be turned into organic manure.
