Many people, including children, love tilapia cutlets for being delicious and crunchy. They are also an excellent appetizer for home parties and other events.

You need
- Tilapia cutlets
- Salt
- Lemon
- Black pepper powder
- Turmeric powder
- Mixed spices
- Coriander fresh chopped
- Crushed garlic fresh 1
- Onion chopped 1
- Foil pepper
Procedure
- Squeeze lemon juice to the fish and add the spices and vegetables to the double-rapped foil pepper
- Fold and wrap to air right
- Bake in an oven at 180oc for 20 minutes
- Serve with lemon and vegetables
