Leafy vegetables complete meals. They are a good choice for a healthy diet because they do not contain cholesterol and are naturally low in calories and sodium.

You need;
Mango dices
Mixed vegetable leaves
Mixed berries
Crushed nuts (pumpkin seeds)
Cucumber diced
Avocados diced
Pomegranate sauce in addition to vinegar
Procedure
Wash and cut the vegetables
Arrange the mixed vegetables on as serving plate while adding seasoning of pomegranate dressing or vinaigrette lemon dressing.
Sprinkle crushed nuts or pumpkin roasted seeds then serve.
