I want to start rearing ducks on a commercial scale, but I need some answers. For example, what food do they eat? What is the incubation period? How does one care for ducks? Edson
Although considered dirty, it is fun to keep ducks. Ducks take 25 days to hatch their eggs.
They can eat anything and that is what makes it cheap to rear them. They can eat leftover food, greens and grass.
However, make sure that there is a water pond of any size where they can swim because they spend most of their time swimming.
Unlike other poultry, they are not commonly attacked by diseases.
